Bio
I’m Zac Parker, a leadership coach and organizational strategist passionate about empowering individuals and teams to achieve their highest potential. My journey began as a U.S. Navy Intelligence Specialist, where I learned the value of good leadership, power of strategic thinking, clear communication, and disciplined execution under pressure. After transitioning into federal contracting and the software industry, I discovered my true calling: guiding leaders through transformative change. Over the past decade, I’ve partnered with Fortune 50 enterprises, SMBs, and government agencies—coaching C-suite executives, mentoring Scrum Masters and Product Owners, and facilitating high-impact workshops. As co-author of Agile Sucks!: When You Do It Wrong, I blend actionable case studies with Maxwell Leadership principles to deliver measurable results: tripling throughput, scaling teams from four to fourteen, and contributing to over $200 million in net income growth. Today, I focus on values-driven influence, helping clients uncover their blind spots, elevate their self-awareness, and build cultures of collaboration and continuous improvement.
